Professor Steve Brammer
I serve as Dean of the School of Management, at the University of Bath in the United Kingdom, where I began my career. Before Re-joining Bath, I held senior roles in research-intensive universities in the United Kingdom (the Universities of Warwick, and Birmingham) and Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. As Dean of the School of Management, I am responsible for the strategic direction of one of Europe's leading centres of business research and education. As a member of the University's Executive Board, I also contribute to the leadership, positioning, and prosperity of the wider University. In a former life, I am a leading scholar in the fields of business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability. Specifically, my research explored firm-stakeholder relationships, the strategic management of these, and corresponding impacts on company performance and reputation. I continue to serve as an Associate Editor of the British Journal of Management, as a member of a number of journal editorial boards, and served for a number of years as a member of the scientific committee of the Chartered Association of Business School's Academic Journal Guide.

Ash Atalla
Ash Atalla is the CEO of Roughcut Television. He is one of Britain’s most prolific and award-winning producers. With a Primetime Emmy, a Golden Globe, six BAFTAs, four RTS awards and three British Comedy awards to his name, Ash is best known for the multi award-winning series The Office, The IT Crowd, Stath Lets Flats, Cuckoo and People Just Do Nothing. As he continues his hugely successful career in television, Ash recently turned his attention to the movie industry and drama. His first feature film, People Just Do Nothing: Big In Japan, launched to critical acclaim in 2021. Ash also has a number of high-end drama projects including Little Disasters which is currently shooting for Paramount, and COMA, Roughcut’s latest well received drama which landed to huge ratings earlier this year. Ash is a pioneering producer in the comedy genre with over 60 executive producer credits to his name. He recently championed Jack Rooke, creator, and writer of the Roughcut/Channel4 comedy Big Boys. The first series aired to critical acclaim and multiple BAFTA nominations. The second series has just launched to a 5-star response and the third series is currently in production. Ash is a regular commentator on race, politics, disability & diversity in television and film both on & off screen plus the comedy & drama landscape. He writes a regular column for Broadcast magazine, appears on multiple industry panels and as a frequent contributor to Today, BBC Radio 4’s flagship news programme.

Dr. Margaret Heffernan
Dr. Margaret Heffernan produced programmes for the BBC for 13 years. She then moved to the US where she spearheaded multimedia productions for Intuit, The Learning Company and Standard&Poors. She was Chief Executive of InfoMation Corporation, ZineZone Corporation and then iCast Corporation, was named one of the “Top 25” by Streaming Media magazine and one of the “Top 100 Media Executives” by The Hollywood Reporter. The author of six books, Margaret’s third book, Willful Blindness : Why We Ignore the Obvious at our Peril was named one of the most important business books of the decade by the Financial Times. In 2015, she was awarded the Transmission Prize for A Bigger Prize: Why Competition isn’t Everything and How We Do Better, described as “meticulously researched…engagingly written…universally relevant and hard to fault.” Her TED talks have been seen by over 13 million people and in 2015 TED published Beyond Measure: The Big Impact of Small Changes. Her most recent book, Uncharted: How to map the future was published in 2020. It quickly became a bestseller and was nominated for the Financial Times Best Business Book award, was one of Bloomberg’s Best Books of 2021 and was chosen as the “Medium Best of the Best” business book. ,. She became a member of the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame, in recognition of her lasting impact on management thinking. She is a Professor of Practice at the University of Bath, Lead Faculty for the Forward Institute’s Responsible Leadership Programme and, through Merryck & Co., mentors CEOs and senior executives of major global organizations. She chairs the board of DACS and is a parish councillor.

Dr Poornika Ananth is an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Bath School of Management. She received her Ph.D. from University College London. Her research focuses on creativity and the dynamic processes through which individuals and groups navigate tensions in creative work, particularly in the context of long-term creative endeavours. Poornika’s research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly and in the Handbook of Research on Creativity and Innovation. Florence Ward
Bath School of Management alumna Florence Ward (MSc Management with Marketing 2016) is a growth marketing consultant at Accenture and an ocean rower. During the pandemic, she rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, breaking the world record for the youngest female trio to row an ocean. The trio, Atlantic Antics, took 52 days to row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, on an adventure of a lifetime. They battled everything from 30ft waves to a broken watermaker on New Year’s Day, but highlights included a visit from whales on Christmas Day and the phosphorescence and moonrises that lit up the night. In her professional life, she honed her craft in data & analytics in agency land (most recently at Publicis Media) before switching to consulting where she now covers all things data and technology in the marketing space. In 2021 she was recognised at an industry level when she won a Campaign Female Frontier award for 'Marketing - Rising to the Top'. Outside of work, she's a public speaker for schools and companies on topics of female resilience and lessons from the ocean that are transferable to the office.

Professor Mairi Maclean
Mairi Maclean is Associate Dean Faculty and Professor of International Business in the School of Management at the University of Bath, UK, which she joined in May 2016. She received her PhD from the University of St Andrews, and is an alumna of the University of Bath School of Management, where she completed an MBA. She has previously held positions at the University of Newcastle, University of Exeter, University of the West of England, Royal Holloway University of London, Aston University, and the University of Paris IV (Paris-Sorbonne). Serena Guthrie
Serena Guthrie MBE is an ex-professional netballer and England Netball captain who acquired 110 England Caps across a 15-year career. Serena Guthrie was a member of the Vitality Roses for almost her entire professional netball career after making her debut for her country against Malawi in 2008, at only 18 years old. She experienced all that international netball has to offer, having played at three Vitality Netball World Cups (2011, 2015 and 2019) and two Commonwealth Games (2014 and 2018).
