Otilia Obodaru
Otilia is a professor at the University of Bath’s School of Management. She has a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from INSEAD. Prior to joining the University of Bath, she was a Post-doctoral Fellow at Harvard Business School and an Assistant Professor at Rice University. Her research explores phenomena that capture quintessential aspects of contemporary careers, such as how people deal with the experience of having to forgo career options, how partners in dual-career couples co-construct their professional identities, or how living and working abroad affects people’s clarity about their sense of self.
