Dr. Poornika Ananth
Dr Poornika Ananth is an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Bath School of Management. She received her Ph.D. from University College London. Her research focuses on creativity and the dynamic processes through which individuals and groups navigate tensions in creative work, particularly in the context of long-term creative endeavours. Poornika’s research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly and in the Handbook of Research on Creativity and Innovation. She has appeared as a guest on BBC Radio London and was an invited speaker at the Industry and Parliament Trust meeting on Designing a Sustainable Creative Sector.
