Shinarai is a Venture Lead at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, a leading solution provider for adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. She focuses on developing and leading new business ventures across industries and geographies with a strong focus on digital and data-driven applications. In her role, she strives to connect customer insights, product management, and marketing with a strong application of agile practices. Previously, Shinarai was responsible for digital strategy, product management, and digital marketing in her roles within Henkel and Udacity. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Hamburg of Applied Sciences (Germany) and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Bath, School of Management (UK). She is currently based in Berlin, Germany
