Having started his career as an Actuary, Wilf became a ‘serial’ CEO. With almost four decades of experience in the Life and Health insurance sector, mostly throughout both Asia and Africa, he’s been delivering high-scale and impact transformations, alongside sustainable business growth. Wilf thrives on creating purpose-led, values-based and innovative organisations, with an external orientation and multi-stakeholder perspective. Driven by customer centricity and entrepreneurship, Wilf is committed to employee engagement and digitisation, with a focus on execution, capability building, and performance delivery. He’s an ngaging and empowering leader, passionate about developing collaborative and high-performing teams that enhance shareholder value. Since completing his EMBA with Bath in 2000, Wilf has lived in seven Asian countries Singapore (thrice), Hong Kong (twice), Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and China) serving Allianz then Prudential. Last year. Wilf became Chairman of LivWell Asia, a young Singapore based, Asia focused digitally led integrated wellness ecosystem.
