Prof. Steve Wyatt
With over 25 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and leadership, I help businesses and leaders thrive in the dynamic 4th Industrial Revolution. I combine academic research, consulting practice, and board-level insights to deliver impactful solutions for my clients and students. As a Professor at University of Bath School of Management, I conduct research on how executives learn and develop, and what enables behaviour change that enhances their performance. I also teach in executive and MBA programmes, applying my findings and theories to real-world challenges. My book, Management & Leadership in the 4th Industrial Revolution, was recognised among the top management books of 2021 and became an Amazon bestseller. As a founder and managing partner of Corporate Rebirth, I support leadership teams and enterprises to transform and grow in the 4th Industrial Revolution. I provide advisory-consultancy and leadership development services to clients in Asia and UK, across various sectors and industries. I also serve as a board member and senior advisor for several organisations, such as Global Innovation Management Institute and IXL Center, leveraging my expertise in cross-border investment, alliances, partnerships, and multicultural leadership. I am passionate about bridging the gap between theory and practice, and creating value for my stakeholders and society. I live in the city of Bath, UK, and enjoy riding horses and motorcycles in my spare time.
