First appearing as a hungry young startup in the podcast's very first episode, Jai returns to share how his organisation has transformed into a dominant market force.
From navigating industry bans to building a physical community through their eSports arena. Today, Orangutan are officially the number one ranked team in India, preparing to step onto the global stage in Paris for the eSports World Cup.

Jai Shah is the Co-Founder of Orangutan. Coming in with years of experience in business and strategy consulting, project management, Jai is responsible for building the esports, talent management and production verticals of Orangutan. He has previously been associated with organizations like Percept Limited, BHyve, The Alpha Urbane Project and more. Aside from his professional endeavors, Jai is passionate about providing accessible education and is a visiting faculty at Atlas Skilltech University and ISM Globle. Jai Shah holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai and in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from ISME along with a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Management from University of Bath. In his free time, Jai is passionate about running, fitness and gaming.
