I serve as Dean of the School of Management, at the University of Bath in the United Kingdom, where I began my career. Before Re-joining Bath, I held senior roles in research-intensive universities in the United Kingdom (the Universities of Warwick, and Birmingham) and Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. As Dean of the School of Management, I am responsible for the strategic direction of one of Europe's leading centres of business research and education.
