Professor Steve Brammer
I serve as Dean of the School of Management, at the University of Bath in the United Kingdom, where I began my career. Before Re-joining Bath, I held senior roles in research-intensive universities in the United Kingdom (the Universities of Warwick, and Birmingham) and Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. As Dean of the School of Management, I am responsible for the strategic direction of one of Europe's leading centres of business research and education. As a member of the University's Executive Board, I also contribute to the leadership, positioning, and prosperity of the wider University. In a former life, I am a leading scholar in the fields of business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability. Specifically, my research explored firm-stakeholder relationships, the strategic management of these, and corresponding impacts on company performance and reputation. I continue to serve as an Associate Editor of the British Journal of Management, as a member of a number of journal editorial boards, and served for a number of years as a member of the scientific committee of the Chartered Association of Business School's Academic Journal Guide.

Ali Kazimi
Managing Director, WTS Hansuke. Ali actively advises bank boards on financial, regulatory and governance matters. He brings over 25 years of financial services industry experience, after having held successive leadership roles including as Head of Tax at BlackRock and as International Partner of Deloitte UK and Middle East. Ali is a frequent speaker at conferences and has also written on a wide range of topics.

Dr Luke Fletcher
Dr Luke Fletcher is an academic at The University of Bath, School of Management. Luke teaches a range of HRM and applied psychology topic areas, particularly around strategic HRM, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and work design. Dr Fletcher has particular interests and provides research in areas such as LGBT+ inclusion at work and in business, diversity and inclusion climate and the role of allyship, employee engagement and meaningful work, talent development and diversity of talent.

Professor Mairi Maclean
Mairi Maclean is Associate Dean Faculty and Professor of International Business in the School of Management at the University of Bath, UK, which she joined in May 2016. She received her PhD from the University of St Andrews, and is an alumna of the University of Bath School of Management, where she completed an MBA. She has previously held positions at the University of Newcastle, University of Exeter, University of the West of England, Royal Holloway University of London, Aston University, and the University of Paris IV (Paris-Sorbonne). At her former institutions she has served variously as Deputy Dean, Associate Director of Research, MBA Director, and Director of Doctoral Programmes. Her research interests include business elites and elite power, entrepreneurial philanthropy, historical organization studies, and the history of management thought. Her publications include contributions to the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Learning and Education, Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, Organization Studies, and Work, Employment and Society. She is Associate Editor at Management Learning and the International Journal of Management Reviews, and is an elected member of the Council of the British Academy of Management (BAM).
