In the final episode of series three ‘Business for Good’, Katie is joined by MBA graduate, Kirsty Matthews. Kirsty is CEO of charity DFN Project Search, a UK charity enabling young adults who have a learning disability or autism spectrum condition to secure permanent employment.

Kirsty Matthews
Kirsty was appointed as CEO of DFN Project SEARCH in September 2024. DFN Project SEARCH is a national charity serving young adults who have a learning disability or are autistic, or both, to make a positive transition from education into permanent full-time employment. Previously Kirsty’s 35 year career spanned a number of Executive and Non-executive roles across Health and Social Care in the public, private and not for profit sectors. Kirsty graduated from the full time MBA programme in December 2019.
