I serve as Dean of the School of Management, at the University of Bath in the United Kingdom, where I began my career. Before Re-joining Bath, I held senior roles in research-intensive universities in the United Kingdom (the Universities of Warwick, and Birmingham) and Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. As Dean of the School of Management, I am responsible for the strategic direction of one of Europe's leading centres of business research and education. As a member of the University's Executive Board, I also contribute to the leadership, positioning, and prosperity of the wider University. In a former life, I am a leading scholar in the fields of business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability. Specifically, my research explored firm-stakeholder relationships, the strategic management of these, and corresponding impacts on company performance and reputation. I continue to serve as an Associate Editor of the British Journal of Management, as a member of a number of journal editorial boards, and served for a number of years as a member of the scientific committee of the Chartered Association of Business School's Academic Journal Guide.

Becky Toogood is the Alumni Engagement Communications Officer for the University of Bath, School of Management. With a first-class degree in journalism and a marketing background, Becky has experience in digital, print and multimedia communications. Working in higher education, Becky likes to showcase those leading innovation in their respective areas to celebrate success in the community, whilst inspiring others.

James is CEO and Co-Founder of LUX Rewards, a key player in the Card-Linked Offers sector, promoting brands to over 105 million payment cards across the UK and US. Alongside receiving a First-class honours in Business Administration at the School of Management, James launched LUX Rewards whilst at university and became the first student to win the Bath Business Plan Competition two years in a row. This gave him the opportunity to travel to New York and San Francisco to meet alumni at Facebook, Google, Harvard Business School, Betaworks and various tech startups. Alongside this, James is EntreConf's Young Entrepreneur (2023), with LUX Rewards names Fintech of the Year (2024). James is listed in the  Restaurant Marketer & Innovator 30 under 30, Top 42 entrepreneurs under 42 by Insider SW and Hurun's Future Stars. James is currently studying the Bath Executive MBA.
